1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Maji Safi website (maji-safi.com) and any products or services supplied by Safiflow Ventures Group Limited (trading as Maji Safi), registered in Uganda (G241004-1234), Lukuli Road, Buziga, Kampala, Uganda. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products

Maji Safi supplies purified drinking water in the following formats:

• 20L Reusable Jar (customer keeps jar)
• 20L Single-Use Bottle
• 5L Single-Use Bottle
• 20L Refill Service (customer provides jar)

All products are produced at our Buziga facility and tested daily in compliance with UNBS EAS 39:2000 bottled water standards.

3. Ordering

Orders are currently placed via WhatsApp or through our authorised distributors. Prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted in cash on delivery or via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo / Airtel Money) as agreed at order time. We do not accept credit or debit card payments through this website.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Kampala. Delivery fees vary by zone and are communicated at order time. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Complaints

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, leaking, or does not meet quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+256000000000) and we will arrange a replacement at no charge. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of Safiflow Ventures Group Limited and is protected under Ugandan and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, Maji Safi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
