This website is operated by Safiflow Ventures Group Limited, trading as Maji Safi, registered in Uganda (G241004-1234), with offices at Lukuli Road, Buziga, Kampala, Uganda. We supply purified drinking water across Kampala under the Maji Safi brand.

• Your name, phone number, and message when you submit the contact form.
• Your WhatsApp number and conversation history when you message us directly.
• Anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration) via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no fingerprinting.

We do not collect payment card details, national ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry or process your water order.
• To improve the website experience based on anonymised analytics.
• To contact you about your order status if you have given us your number.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for order follow-up purposes and then deleted. WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited).

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individuals across websites, and does not share data with advertisers. No consent banner is required.
