We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. This may include:

• Your name, phone number, and message when you submit the contact form.
• Your WhatsApp number and conversation history when you message us directly.
• Anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration) via privacy-first, cookieless analytics from our host, Vercel — no cookies, no fingerprinting.

We do not collect payment card details, national ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

• To respond to your enquiry or process your water order.
• To improve the website experience based on anonymised analytics.
• To contact you about your order status if you have given us your number.
